Responsibilities • Uphold good IT governance in high standard • Develop a sustainable system infrastructure • Collaborate with business units, IT members and services providers to achieve business objectives in an effective and efficient manner • Assist On identifying business needs and recommending cost effective solutions • Provide a high standard of IT support services and end-users training to end-users in China region • Analysis and troubleshoot end-user's desktop problems • Responsible for IT hardware and software procurement and maintain an accurate inventory • Maintain system user accounts and ensure access privileges are secure and in control • Maintain a set of proper documentation including network diagrams, procedures and user guidelines • Provide sufficient IT system training to end-users • Coordinate with outsourced consultant to provide support service to other China offices • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the top management • This list is not exhaustive and additional responsible duties may be assigned from time to time Person Specification • Bachelor's Degree holder in computer science or related discipline • Minimum 5 years' working experience in front line support • Solid experience in troubleshoot Windows desktops, software, hardware and LAN/WAN problems • Solid experience in VMware, Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Palo Alto Firewall, Exchange Server • Have a polite, friendly and flexible approach to work with teams and business units • Good communication and interaction skills to work with all levels of users • Tidy and careful personality • Experience in budgeting and/or cyber security is in advantage • Good command of Mandarin and English; Cantonese an advantage
