职责描述： • Policies and SOPs: To make proposals to update compliance-related company Policies and SOPs, working processes and system, etc.; To develop local guidance/policies aligning business practices and strategies. Highlight any exceptions to leadership and ensure approval are in place. • Compliance business partner: Daily review and pre-approve events & projects and related contracts from compliance perspective; Partners with all levels of key business functions to provide compliance advice Ｏn routine and complex business programs. Proactive involvement of stakeholders’ business activity including regular meetings, projects planning with compliance insights provided so to enable a more compliant business design; Support in preparing compliance training materials and providing Ｏnline and offline compliance training; Provide clarification of policy update, requirements and procedures; Offer consultation to employees regarding their queries regarding compliance issues; Discuss, evaluate and propose to resolve compliance-related matters emerged in the business operation so as to support the Company for appropriate 6actions and decisions; Conduct part of monitoring works, such as Ｏnsite spot check, sample testing for some events & projects identified in pre-approval; Liaison with external resources to perform due diligence Ｏn key vendors to ensure the legitimate qualifications of the vendors. • Ad-hoc projects. 任职要求： • Bachelor degree or above; • 3-5 years’ of experience in compliance related roles, internal audit or accounting in multi-national pharma or medical device companies; • Fluent English skills (written and oral); • Good presentation and communication skills in delivering training and consultation to staffs and business units; • Maturity to tackle and manage conflicts while always sticking to the principles; • Proven analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills; • Strong ownership and accountability in work; • Having the ability and willingness to perform both ad-hoc tasks as well as routine compliance duties.
