职责描述: 1. Coordinate day to day operations within the air freight department 2. Responsible for customer service internally, bookings, documentation, and execution of routing for assigned shipments 3. Liaising with local clients, suppliers and customers 4. Building Ongoing relationships with clients and internal departments 5. Ensure operations are processed in a controlled and timely fashion 6. Tracking and tracing shipments 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure that all work is carried out to pre-set service level 8. Responsible for informing management of progress and requirements of departments. 9. Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: 1. Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding /operations experience in air freight related industry. 2. High achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. Team oriented and flexible 4. Strong interpersonal skills 5. Strong knowledge in MS Office package, including Excel and Word 6. Attention to detail and accuracy 7. Time managment and organizational skills 7. Self-managing and pro-active
